In the ever escalating pace of development, extensively driven by innovative new technological devices and applications, it could be hypothesized that prior to the last few decades of developments, there where in the whole of human civilization essentially nothing in place that was designed for any human civilization to mange nor administer such fast escalation in pace of developments.

At a civilizational scale it appears increasingly possible that any 'business as usual' approach no longer will suffice as a modus for civilizational progress, which ought trigger considerations at any enterprise out there. Regardless if it is a commercial activity, a social enterprise, a municipality, nation state or supranational entity - the concerns might not come so easily to rest, especially if to consider all the 4 forces and not ignoring the existence of one or several of them as a force to count with in the shaping of our future today.
